Hello Sir, I believe I am just about right for your project: 1) I am a french native with a french phone line. 2) I have the time and disponibility all year for your customers (my worktable is just a bit more pressured in July and August). 3) I am an experienced translator as I suspect we will need to communicate often and I would have to translate your words for your clients.
