I need a fluent English speaker and a fast typewriter who can accurately transcribe some videos of the total time length of about 148 minutes to generate a final transcription document in MS words. my budget is $20 for this project if the quality of the work meets my requirement. the speaker has a foreign accent BUT as long as you're a fluent English speaker, you shouldn't have any issues transcribing the audio.
