Convert Autodesk Revit Materials in 3DS Max for Unity

I am aware that there is this Universal Material Converter for 3DS Max ([url removed, login to view]). I am looking for someone who has used it or has other script that coverts Autodesk Materials.

I have a Revit model that I export to fbx and import in 3DS Max. If I export the model from Max to fbx and then import in Unity, the materials are not preserved. My hope is that some sort of Material Converter in Max can solve this issue. If it works, then I should be able to split a wall surface in revit (see this link: [url removed, login to view]) and apply different material and then export to Max via fbx, then run the script, then export to Unity via fbx and Unity would have that material preserved.
