We are designing a new type of 'bowl' for a hookah that improves airflow and eliminates ash and other particles from entering the vase, which improves taste, reduces carcinogens, etc. We have several prototypes drawn up in Blender and Zbrush and would like to know feasibility, costs, and what material would best be suited for this.
