I am a mechanical engineer and can do this design for you for which I will charge a total sum of $250. Apart from that I also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers. I also have vacuum casting facility both for a range of polymers and aluminum. CNC milling and turning is also available apart from several other facilities like chrome plating, etc. I can get the prototype made as per specifications for which I will quote later.
