The next project is about 5 different design ideas of a edification with studio apartments, which must be distributed in 5 floors, the quantity of studio apartments could vary of the design and dimentions of the different proposal presented, always according to the dimension of the terrain, and thinking that must be practical and functional. You must take the definitive dimensions from plane 1 and plane 2 files.
Details: Must not have elevators. Must have large windows, you can add a green area, and always thinking of a modern edification.
To consider: The views must be oriented to Rimac River, the bridge and to the central highway.
The project must be deliver on 3D Rendering format, with good quality of sketch applying details before described.
Time of delivery of the project once start: 10 days.
P.S. Please, deliver original files where the 3d images were made.
P.S. There's a file attached where you can find the plane on the exact zone we want our design and where you can find the right dimensions , where we just add 8 more meters on our terrain on the river side.
