We are looking for a skilled architect who will help us to design a tiny house in our garden. We have done a provisional project in a "Sweet home 3D" but we need professional input. Good knowledge of an English building law would be useful.
Rest of the details:
Use space as creative as possible.
The open space (6,5m x 3,5m x 3m x 1,5m x 3,5m x 5m) contains walk-in area, kitchen dining area, working area, resting area and a ladder to the bedroom.
Kitchen: maximum use in minimum space, intelligent droves, cabinets, and shelves. All along the wall or in the corner.
free standing fridge-freezer
build-in washing machine
build-in/free standing dishwasher
bottom and top cabinets
folding table in the middle of the dining area or the folding wall table (to safe space to be able to do other activities like exercises)

A sofabed, projector, screen under the ceiling.
Working area with a large desktop for 2 people. Plenty of shelves, workbench with 2 PC and 4x monitors.
