I need a gasoline station with a restaurant following the AUTOGRILL model. See [login to view URL] The land is 60 x 93 metres The development will have the following buildings: • Convenience Store 60 to 100 SQM • Fast food outlet – 50 SQM • Chemist – 50 SQM • Supermarket – 200 SQM • Petrol station with 9 filling bays • 4 ATM machine locations • Automotive service bay • Generator room • Carwash bay – two cars at a time. This is just a place where cars are washed by hand and a high-pressure water hose. • 3 Bathrooms Modern design, simple clean design, few or no curves See attached photos. MATERIAL PALLETTE • Natural Stone (cobble stone, slate) • Paint • Clear Glass (Large windows, frameless glass doors) DELIVERABLES • Master plan in Sketchup (one pdf image and the Sketchup file). If you prefer to use ArchiCAD, that is good too, but not a must. • Floor layout for all the areas described above. • Three High resolution 3D renders. Two of them aerial views of the development and one of the inside of the shopping dinning building.
