I have been a 3D modelling artist for 3 years now and I'm currently working on an animated short film with my team. I'm also a good fine artist so using your illustrations as a guide, I am in a good position to understand what you really expect from the 3D character. I propose to complete your character in 5 days. I'll use the first day to block in the character's general shape and form including its accessories and the following day to complete its details (using only quads). The last three days will be spent on surfacing and texturing the character using Maya's built in shaders and mental ray shaders where necessary. Contact me to discuss further details.
