3D Building design for rendering, with montage on real photos.

Generate 2 versions (quite similar). Exterior design only. If all goes well we will continue with interiors in future projects.

Walls will be:

- metal sandwich panels, 1m width, up to 12m long (can vary)

- flat design pannels = no pattern

- at window level, the panels will have a patter and will be light grey

- main color: white; second color: light grey.

V1: We will keep 2 walls of an existing old building on ground floor. Ground floor windows, similar to existing building.

V2: Simple windows and continue metal wall panels.

Provide:

a) 3D model and rendering - stand alone building (no backgrounds) - each version 4 angles

b) 3D model and rendering - montage on real photos - each version 4 angles
