I have all the necessary assets, walls floors lights cables boxes etc..
the problem with the modo script is that when you generate buildings they are just merged together and do not use a boolean union for each mesh essentially making them hollow so i can't build interiors.
the problem with the houdini Building generator is they are not hollow so they are both useless.
the unreal tool is what ive been working with and then just fitting a building around them but this is very sloppy and does not look nice.
And yes this will be used for Unreal engine game design
