Hello, I can definitely work with you on this project of making this house your home in Houston US. The brief provided is good for me to provide you with an initial proposal and that's what this bid is based on. My way of working is simple, every person has a dream of what their home, office or any other personal place should be like & I work with them very closely to make it a reality. I never tell my clients what they should do but advice them on what can be done while delivering them a personal place that's them and not me. I fill in the blanks that they are unsure with, take informed decisions for them in short do all the heavy lifting when they are building their adobe. Not wanting to take more of your time I will provide you with a brief of who I'm and what I work on. I'm a design, build & consult professional with over 20 years of experience in luxury homes, custom stores in malls and airports as well as customizing corporate offices at manufacturing plants. My skill set include providing solutions from virtual to actual, all custom as per every individuals requirement. I have worked on luxury homes in India, homes and other properties in UK, large scale projects in the middle east, luxury resorts in Bali, and currently offering services in the US.
