I think you can make this easily you just have to do little experiments with -> soft body + rigid body + active n passive ... also try gravity ... there are lots of option or don't do anything just just animate it with object transformation.. this advice is free ... but u hv to pay if r going to hire me... happy blending.... :-)

Objects will be animated (if I correctly understand, movement must be similar to scissors movements). You must understand in this price I will not supply you any renders/images/video.
