Hi, I watched the picture and I can model it, with good detail. I can model it in T-Pose and rig the character so we can animate it and hold it in any pose. Or, Model it in the position the same as the picture, so you can print it. also if you want with some little more budget I can make the model with different parts to be printed in different colors.
