We need a 3D Concept for a sci-fi themed game. This will be an open Sci-Fi landscape with terrain (mountain, and ocean in the distance) and a few houses (a Community Neighborhood). The theme will be similar to Tron.

Concept Art can be drawn in 2D before approval, then designed in 3D (this is the preferred approach).

Note that the scene and buildings need to be original designs, no borrowing from Turbosquid or other 3D asset websites.

In addition to renderings, you will provide completed files in MAYA/3DS format as well as FBX.
