I have the experience you need. I believe I can take this project and deliver within two weeks an animation of your super cool cowboy riding a robot horse. I'm very curious what you'll be using this for, but we can discuss that later. I work in 3DS Max and Maya, and am fully versed in exporting files for Unity and other game engines.

I have very good experience with 3D modelling and rigging and have also done animation for clients before, I would be able to deliver this animation of character and horse galloping with the detail level specified in the photos.
