3D Modelling of White Apartment in 3DS Max

Hi all,
This project requirement as per below:
- 3D Max 2015 and below only.
- To model entire apartment using floor plans and still renders provided.
- Ceilings and physical lights (recess lights, bar cans etc) to be modelled according to still renders as well.
- To apply textures and materials accordingly to still renders provided. Materials/Standard are preferred. Textures maps to be provided and/or created by you.
- No cameras or rendering is needed.
- 3D models that you created will be used for walk-through purposes.
- Deadline is on 6 October 2016
