I could make the 3D maodel and consequently the drawings for that trolley without being in your office - just a little help from you for the basic dimensions and pictures. The rest of the dimensions could be extracted from that. I used to work this way with another Australia based client, and we had no problem at all. Based on the operating manual (which you've attached), with several pictures and basic dimensions, I will make a primal model. On this model, with your assistance I'll make the modifications/adjustments/changes until the desired outcome is reached. Once the final model approved, I'll send you all the files required.
