Convert IGES file into editable solidworks part file (one solid model)

The attached IGES file needs to be converted intoto an editable solid model PRT file in Solidworks with no errors. Solidworks import diagnostics tool does not work automatically so some knowledge of how to heal gaps and failing faces is needed. Need someone to start IMMEDIATELY. The final file should be one solid body .PRT file that opens without errors. Please open the file and make sure you can complete the conversion quickly.
