The attached drawing(s) needs to be created in AutoDesk Inventor (2012 or later). The work product will be a 3D model and associated 2D IDW/DWG linked drawing utilizing parametric modeling as well as 2D geometric dimensioning and tolerances. AutoDesk Inventor parts to be submitted in the non-derived native .iam and/or .ipt format. The 2D drawing will use the attached template. Please note the following: Paper size is 24 x 36 inches (Size D) The layers defined in the template should be used Machining tolerances to be shown as: x.x +/- 0.01 [login to view URL] +/- 0.005 [login to view URL] +/- 0.001 angular +/- 0.5° concentricity +/- 0.005 perpendicularity +/- 0.005 chamfer ext. corners 0.01 x 45° radius int. corners 0.01 surface finish 32 RMS Dimensions will be provided upon project award.

Hello, I am a master mechanical engineer. I deal with designing machines and metal structures as well as the creation of 3D models and 2D drawings, 3D printing. From the program I use Auto Cad in which prepares 2D drawings and Autodesk Inventor which also prepares 2D drawings, but above all do 3D models and stress simulations . Hi, I have been in engineering for 40 years, 15 years in the UK-MOD - aerospace industry and 25 years in oil & gas industry. I served a 5 year apprenticeship in the 70’s with Ferranti-UK working on various radar systems packaging mechanical and electronic components.
