Hi, I will be happy to work with you to provide plans for permit but I am not local. Do you need sealed plans, or do you have a local professional to seal required drawings? I am a licensed Texas architect, also registered in Israel. I typically draw projects in 3D with SketchUp and make all 2D drawings from a 3D model. I typically charge $40 per hour for this type of work, $80 per hour for work requiring a Texas licensed architect. I have a 2 hour min. per project when starting with a new client. Thanks, Jim
