I have the script and voice and sounds ready. I just need someone to create the animation. I want a simple non expensive animation that I will capture the kids attention but does not need to be 3d or complicated cartoon. I will send the script and voices and the character description to the person who wins the bid. I need a cartoon similar to "Curious George" or "Wild kratts". I have a theme song that needs to be created to be added at the beginning of every episode. You should bid for 6-12 episodes so you will have a lot of work if you win. Asset must contain at least 1 full second of black on the head and tail of the file content.
Closed Caption Files are REQUIRED in .SCC format.
Must create a 2 minute clip from the episode for advertising purposes.
