Criar uma Animação

I represent a start-up that needs a presentation video. The entire video is already made. However, we need to add a short 3D animation in the middle of the video. This animation will only be for about 10-15 seconds. We only need a gas station with some realistic details , like the building itself, a car, some people passing by, sky and clouds, etc. But the focus will be on the price signs. The main goal is to set a timelapse from the 50's to today, to show the viewer that the price is always rising from then until now. To add some realism, we want a parked car in the gas station. As the years pass by, we want that car to evolve progressely from an old one to others more recent. This will be just one take and one camera angle. The gas station will be only one model. And the car, it should do 3-4 models. People passing by or the clouds may not be detailed as it's not the focus here. I believe this is a simple challenge.
