Create visuals for a 2d (pixelart) game

Hello!
Here is what we need;
The game is in medieval theme, but we want it to be a bit like crazy / funny.
We need 4 different characters and a catapult animations (walk, attack and death) 4 frames each. A background and a castle something similar to this;

(all in seperate files and with 2 different color variation / red and blue)
Background will be 1280 x 720 resolution
Castle can be as big as what you see in the reference picture (250 x 250 I assume or something that big)
Characters will be :
1- Soldier (male 64x64 pixels)
2- Archer (female 64x64 pixels)
3- Assasin (female 64x64 pixels)
4- Knight (male 64x64 pixels)
5- catapult (100x100 pixels)
All the menus, UI icons, buttons and backgrounds included. But main focus will be the units, castle and game background.
Reference image is the quality we expect.
