Browser based game / walkthrough

Brief: We are looking for a team to design an interactive walkthrough. By interactive I mean the user should be able to move around the room and touch a few objects like - "turn the lights on", "turn the music system on" and "open a drawer" for example. When the user finishes a set number of actions he/she is rewarded a certain coupon that they can redeem at the store. This is more of a high quality game development project. We need three worlds designed & developed in total. Most importantly it needs to run on all devices - ios, android and regular laptops. I am more than willing to discuss further with the right candidate.
