animated lipsync music video

I need a video of three to four minutes, with lipsyncing, HIGH-QUALITY lipsyncing, to the lyrics of the song. Some fairly simple animation/dancing character, with a photo that's lipsyncing using Crazytalk Animator, kind of along the lines of JibJab videos, but longer and better. Not a complicated video with scene changes, etc., but something with one background, very simple. No specific ideas on how it would look at this point or what style it would have, just something highly creative and unique. Must be proficient in English and a good communicator, and able to do ACCURATE lipsyncing in Crazytalk Animator (or perhaps some other program such as After Effects, Flash.) Must have some examples of high-quality, accurate lipsyncing to show. No rush on this. It will be a prototype for a business, in hopes of it turning into a competitor to JibJab.

None of the portfolios contain anything like what I describe and what I need to see, as far as I can tell. I only want to see examples of exactly what I described. Highly accurate lipsync with a photograph. I don't need to see anything else but that, so if you don't have that, don't bother. Thank you.
