Lead Generation for web development company

Small web development company based in Seattle, USA and Amsterdam, Netherlands is looking for sales leads. The fact is, I am terrible at sales and just don't have the time to devote to it. I can give an elevator pitch and can talk solutions when it gets down to it, but I couldn't cold-call my way out of a paper bag. My company is a one-man-band with a set of regular contractors, so I am looking for a person or firm to generate the leads I can't generate myself. What I'm looking for: 1) Total of 10 qualified leads, meaning you have spoken to them, they are interested in updated their site (or creating a new one), they have been made aware of my company's offerings and are expecting a call from me to discuss further. Note that this would be a no-obligation call and they can expect an honest assessment of their needs in this discussion. Very promising Western European leads will also be considered, but I must approve them before they can be counted toward the total 10. 4) Leads can come from direct cold calling, personal contacts, lists you've compiled - whatever, I don't care. As long as they are interested and you have presented a professional image to represent my company, it doesn't matter to me how you get them.
