Complete the Network expansion on Packet Tracer 7.1

Dear Freelancers, I require a confident and knowledgeable freelancer on Cisco Packet Tracer to help extend the clients network in the new facilities within their company. The right freelancer will be able to implement a data communication network, and have a detailed understanding on the issues within a network related to network management and service management this the type of person for this project. Mainly if you are familiar with installing and configuring switches in multi-protocol internet-works and are able to design and implement LAN solutions which require switched hybrid mixed speed and hierarchical LAN technologies, then this project could be yours to do. There is zip folder with two files one with all of the projects details/specifications and will be in a PDF file attached named 'Project Details'. Second file will be the actual Packet Tracer project which you will work from by following the project detail guide.
