Fixing MAC OSX permission issue accessing Windows File Server

I am looking for an expert who has experience of this issue before and know a resolution , the expert must have full qualification for MAC OSX and have knowledege about servers and file attributes and permissions. I will give a teamviewer access to the Freelancer to have a look and fix the issue.

Since I have migrated our fileserver and Active directory to Windows server 2012 r2. Our Mac users are having trouble accessing to the server , mainly they have the following issues :

1. everyday they need to reconnect to the server and the favourite link is not working anymore.

2. they have issue saving into the server or overwriting a file . they get asked for admin user password and even after entering admin password nothing happens. they unable to overwrite the same file.

3. they unable to rename or move some of the folders in the server and they get that they are not allowed to do so and they need permission.

The following is just one of the example of issues :

1. I still have to reconnect to the server each day and also create the link to the favourites as it doesn’t hold.

2. Permissions from Photoshop. I had created and saved images to the server. I made changes and attempted to save over it and got the message that permission was not granted (see Screen Shot 2016-11-17 [login to view URL])

3. Just now I had been saving multiple iterations of a file to the server. When I tried to save v5 I got a message that the file was damaged and couldn’t be saved (see Screen Shot 2016-11-24 [login to view URL]). I successfully saved to the desktop without issue. Similar outcomes when I tried to export a PDF (see Screen Shot 2016-11-24 Indesign [login to view URL]).

4. When I did a print file it appeared to process correctly but it didn’t appear on the server. Again, it worked when saving to my desktop.
