I am looking for assistance in developing a program or webservice that can replace mssql clr function

A dll file (c#) is obtained and mssql 2008r2 assembly is created

MSSQL user defined function calls above assembly

There are MSSQL store procedure's using above user defined function

Several sql agent jobs are setup which invokes SSIS package and in turn call one of above store procedure
