Windmill Propeller Simulation

Hello, I have worked extensively on CFD as my engineering Final Year project was on Turbine which is applied for a patent in India. I have good experience with Flow Simulation, as the project was about Flow simulations on the specially designed turbine. For this project, I will be using the following software:- CAD Software:- Siemens NX Approach:- I will create a Wind-Tunnel across the Windmill Rotor and perform the simulation at our given input value of 30mph. The results will be obtained in the form of Static Pressure, Total Pressure, and Velocity, etc across the Windmill Rotor. You will get the results in the same way as shown in your uploaded figure ([login to view URL]) The meshing will be kept as fine as possible for better results. As flow simulation takes up a lot of time to solve, so based on the computation time and performance of my PC, I have proposed max 12 days for simulations. I will try to submit is as soon as possible. Results and all the result images will be submitted to you at the end according to your requirement. I would take $12/ Simulation and will provide you all the result images and data with perfection. Though I am a new freelancer, I am confident enough to give you the work that is required. Hello, I am a UAV Research Engineer and I have more than 5 years of experience in Aerodynamics, CFD, Aircraft conceptual design and UAV design. I will directly say my approach Approach : In each simulation, a velocity of 30 mph should be given and also another angular velocity also should be given. Then a finer mesh should be generated to get accurate results. For each and every simulation, the forces on blades and the torque should be calculated. The scenario which gives the maximum torque is the best efficient configuration. But usually for vertical axis wind turbines, 3 blade one is the most efficient one. The turbines with higher number of blades are slightly more efficient than 3 bladed ones but as far as the cost is considered, the 3 bladed one is the most appropriate one. I need 25 USD for one simulation as they are very time consuming. Looking forward for your answer. Thanks

Hello, I have a 5 yrs of experience in CFD using SolidWorks flow simulation. And similar kind of work I have done for 4 blade propeller. I just need to know what output you required like pressure, velocity, vorticity or turbulence. Do u required plots as well and curves, Any fluid-structure interaction(FSI) analysis u required to calculate max. stress and deformation under wind load. Hi, I am a CFD engineer. will be using open foam for solving the model and paraview for post processing. Since there are 12 cases to be solved and each needs to be meshed accordingly, it is a time consuming task. Have kept 1case per day, for setup and solve. The bid amount is total cost of the project.
