Hi We're looking for someone to create a number of reports for us in Autotask using their LiveReports module ([login to view URL]) The reports are made up of trouble-ticket data from the autotask system, and analyzes that data from different angles to report on response and service level metrics. Attached are mock-ups of what the reports need to look like and what data/queries will be required. The second report (agent) is basically exactly the same data filtered to a single helpdesk agent to show the individuals performance, and also includes more data on time logged by the agent. Thanks
