We need a macro that will help us quickly and easily create listing spreadsheets across eBay, Magento and Amazon. We need to make this as simple as possible with as much automated can be. We already have a csv template we use for listing, the macro would be filling this in. The macro would need to: -Have complex filtering structures. For example if we select a category of Ladies Boots, we would need it to only provide the options available for Ladies boots going forward in the listing process. We intend that the macro always start with a configurator which would pre-select the information needed so as to lessen mistakes. This would also auto fill other fields for example using Ladies Boots again it would not only provide only ladies boots sizes but also category, google category, search terms. -We need a macro that is clever enough to know when items will be grouped and when not. For example, we list by colour on Magento and all colours together on eBay. For example, If we have a boot in size ranges 3-8 we need the Child SKUs to be set with a variation SKU of a parent. If there is a scarf that is one size but two colours there should be no variation SKU as both sizes should be listed separately. We would also need the macro to make new files for eBay and Amazon parents where for example the scarf mentioned above would be grouped under a single variation SKU for each parent. So those two colours would be listed together. -We need a macro that can autofill dates in various ways, for example. We have a ‘date imported’ column where the date the spreadsheet was made needs to fill in the date in pure numerical format. Eg 20102016. We also have New From Date where the date will need to be autofilled as 20/10/16 and a New To Date where the date will need to be autofilled a month ahead, so 20/11/2016. -We need a macro that will autofill default values such as Product ID Type as “EAN”. Also we will need the macro to have drop down menus we can pre-select -We will need to manually enter a lot of information such as titles for various channels, descriptions, prices etc… -We also will need someone who can make multi selection userforms I have attached an example file of what we would expect to be the end product. Some of it, we understand cannot be automated such as MPN, Supplier SKU, Barcodes or Pictures. This is a preliminary template, the template will be longer when we add our new Item specifics categories which is something we will discuss should you take up the job. We would also like you to be creative and think of your own solutions based on your own knowledge.
