Visual Basic - Export SQL to REST API

Using Visual Basic, complete an application that uploads records from an SQL server to a REST API. API Documentation: [login to view URL] Only bills will need to be uploaded to the API however some supplier management will be required. SDK: [login to view URL] KnowledgeBase: [login to view URL] The records must not be duplicated in the API. The SQL records contain supplier names (held in the API) and must be matched against the UID’s of those suppliers. Provision for tax codes, date and total is all that is required. The successful developer will be highly competent in VB and have experience working with REST API’s in the past. You will be provided an email address, API keys, sample data, sample authentication solution, form design solution and access to a development API with which to work. There is significant authentication requirements however these are set out in the sample authentication solution from the master developer and include returning 2fa tokens. Basic call back and error handling along with minor modifications will be required. Milestones are available in the larger scope document however there are only two. The fist milestone (half) requires the application to successfully upload 2 records. After the first milestone, greater API access will be provided.
