HI, I have done several booking systems and what you are asking for is doable and should not take much time to complete. Even if you don't choose me as your developer, based on the vagueness of your description I want to share a few things with you. There are things that you will need to provide and should have prepared: 1. Email account for sending emails 2. The text for the email(s) that you want 3. Merchant account for accepting payments (Could be PayPal) 4. Webhosting so that your class can access it(this one I can help you with) I never used Xero accounting software so I would have to research the integration process and suggest if you want this piece, do it as a separate project.
