Gmail canned response / auto-reply script

1) Need a script for Gmail canned response that would be able to respond to with e-mails with a certain subject line and from a certain domain.
2) the canned response send from my actual e-mail address (not with the [login to view URL] addendum in the sender address as is the default for auto-replies in Gmail)
3) The response should only be sent once per e-mail thread.
