Export DataGridView To CSV With Only One Decimal Place and Percent Sign

Hello I am sure there should be something easy to fix, but I did not get what "formatted incorrectly" means? Needed to reproduce this error in order to see what is wrong. After it I will have ideas how to fix. I would like to be introduced with current code before being awarded? Is it possible? Thanks.

Are you using explicit format during export? Have you opened your csv in a notepad for instance? Seems to be easy

It needs corrected type of encoding to get things right

do you have any example of your csv output? It would be easier to undertand the error. Personally i would use regex to solve it.
