Easy to use application or program

Hi I'm attaching an excel file that i use to manage orders, the issue is that the calculations get corrupted from time to time, i need a way to be able to keep calculations stable and also be able to move product orders from one sheet to a new sheet. Here is how it works so you can have an idea When we receive an order we enter in excel the item number, the brand, the description, price, buyer info and other info that you will see in the excell file so let's said i entered 15 orders so we go get the items but when we get the the factory they may have only 10 items so we will need to return another day, at this time we need to create a new sheet and mode the items that we did not purchase to the new sheet where we may add more items before we go back to the factory to purchase.
