design/architect a golang program to create/manipulate MS Excel files

Must know golang for this project ! This project requires proposing a software design/architecture. Note: actual coding is out-of-scope and will be started after this design/architecture project is complete. Currently, I have a process for analyzing web analytics data that involves an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). The SOP requires the use of three separate command line golang programs (70 lines of code, 200 lines of code and 250 line of code) as well as several manual steps in MS Excel in order to achieve the desired analytics data. This SOP is described in detail in a 3 page MS Word document which will be provided to the selected bidder. This SOP document and all golang source code will be provided to the selected bidder. This project requires you to write a 5 page (approximate) design document in MS Word or LibreOffice on how to automate more of the above steps of the SOP. Automation might include extending golang code such as [login to view URL] . (Golang is preferred. I wish to avoid VBA based solutions.) Plan on 1 iteration of the document and brief discussion and Q&A (question and answer). I will be available to answer any questions you might have. This project does NOT require writing any code. Instead it involves reading/reviewing existingm functioning golang code and writing a design document (in MS Word or LibreOffice) on how to automate/optimize more the process. The deliverable for this project is a single document (and no new code). However, I want the design done by a developer experienced in golang. In your bid proposal, please briefly describe your prior experience with golang.
