I have many image proecssing experience. First of all, i am ocr expert(in ocr, image calibration, image segmentation, layout detection, blob detection). OCR programs are document recognition, car plate recognition, container number recognition, meter recognition and car ocr and so on. Secondly, i am object detection expert. In this, Especially, we have electron policy system(car detection and recognition, lane detection, signal lamp detection ...). Thirdly, we have many image processing programs(people counting, face detection and recognition, log detetion and so on.)

Hello, I would suggest using google's tensorflow as the learning machine and use machine learning to come up with a model to identify these elements. This would require us to feed the algorithm a set of images identifying these elements first (sharks, whales, dolphins, boats and people).
