Virtual assistant required to teach/help me how to do basic coding and SEO

Hi, I am a newbie internet marketer and require some assistance with basic website creation, SEO, keywords, back-links etc. **I created most of my site in apple iweb** which unfortunately does not allow you to see of make changes in HTML or any code.
