Business details About The System: its Membership management system each membership contains a family family contents as below (should be insert , edit) - Father info. - Wife / wives info - Sons and daughters info - Other added person to the family Members movement or Transactions - Transfer Son to create new family ( wife not member) - Transfer daughter to new family with husband ( he is not member). - Transfer to new family and both husband and wife are members. Search - We need a search engine with diff. search criteria according to business. - The search result need to be in GV and we should have a tooltip text display information on mouse over - each row in the grid should have the action buttons as below : -- Edit Family ... display the main parts of the family then from this you can go to edit. -- Print Family (All the info about family and its related actions). - Sanctions Management. - Stop membership. - Suspend membership. - Other - Sanctions Management. - Stop membership. Payments - Adding new payments for ( Re-New Membership, penalties, Registration fees ) Seeking for a company can commit to deliver in time and sign its commitments & agreed milestone dates Gen environment 1- SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher, Supporting Arabic ( Collation Arabic_CI_AS) 2- Web application .Net, C#, Ajax, Java, jQuery. 3- Source code should delivered to me. 4- No advance payment , the payment should start after complete any milestone in the time plan. 5- All the reports should provide a view in the page and able to print out the report and export it to ( Excel, PDF, Word, CSV) and supporting the Arabic conditions. 6- All the reports pages should have a search criteria according to each report needs. 7- no select * is allowed in the database procedures 8- no views should created in the database 9- system can do the DB backup through its management pages 10- at the end of the system , you are requested to deliver a document contains each page and all the called classes and database procedures in it. 11- new standard template 12- all pages should be right to left direction & right alignment. Systems contents : ------------------ - Setting or managing master data Managed by the Admin only.... should be as follow -- MasterItems ( mst_id & mst_Name ) -- MasterDetails(mstDtl_id, mst_id, mstDtl_description ) Most of the master data should managed by two pages only & I should have the ability to view, add, edit or delete any one of the main or subCategories that I have. all the master data that contains more than two col. of diff, should be in other pages of Master data pages control. - User Control .... as Known best practice. -- Create, Update, Delete User Groups. -- Each group should get a grants or not for ( View, Edit, Delete or Insert ) for any pages in the system and this should managed by the Admin Only. -- change and forget password. -- Create, Update, Delete User. -- History of any activity on each user ( by him or by the admin ), means any action ( insert, Update or delete ) should register in the database in a logACtions table. -- User Can Change his/her PW any time. -- Admin can Suspend or Activate any user. -- Admin can not see the PW or define it , it should be default by the database and after first Login it should send his/her to the Change PW page Directly - Each part of working group should provide with its separated price ... (Ex: User Control pages, Master Data managment, Transactions pages & Reports) - 15 Reports (MS Report viewer) as default with system to be delivered later and all of them should supporting Arabic.
