Social media marketing

We are looking for a social media marketing expert or team to work on our beauty / aesthetics business Overall Aim - To increase brand awareness on Facebook and Instagram and to gain client leads from organic and paid advertisements Facebook 7 posts per week (1 a day at peak times) Objective - To encourage engagement in comments and likes This is so we will be seen on our follower's friends pages Strategy Post engaging content such as Polls (to test product knowledge, and add something different to their feed) Q&A Video of treatments with captivating captions that explain what treatment is happening. Objective 1 - Organic leads To gain leads organically via posts and DMs to the online booking system Strategy This includes daily engagement & management, customers service (this includes answering comments and direct messages, lead generation, content creation (watermarking and adding any branding to any given photography or videos), research, caption creation, and sharing page to relevant groups on dedicated days (admin of group rules) 7 posts a week daily engagement daily management of DMs (all day) you would have to research our services and be able to answer questions on them Content creation Caption creation Instagram Objective - Increase brand awareness and attract our audience and influential bloggers Strategy Organic posts - This includes creating a dedicated theme to your page using high-quality imagery with captivating captions and hashtags) Hashtag research this includes seeking the best hashtags to use with a mix of regional, industry, the blogger used, and audience keeping it a niche Location testing - adding locations of Jarrow and surrounding areas to see which does best and increase reach The daily engagement which includes engaging with your ideal clients which includes striking conversation and answering any comments or DMs Following your ideal client and interacting with their content so we are always seen and in their mind basically Sending leads from DM to your booking system 7 posts a week Daily engagement and growth Hashtags research Content and caption creation DM customer service management We also want the following Social media stories Facebook ads - 1 campaign (objective for example website clicks) 2 to 3 ads. 1 ad will be a retargeting ad (users who have interacted with our Facebook 1 ad will be our target audience dependent on who is interested in the treatment we will be advertising This will be a 'cold audience' but we can gain data from looking at whos been inboxing your about the treatments we offer and you would have an additional ad budget of £600 per month You create the content (using our photography or video) and copyright (caption etc) to ensure 1. they speak to the target audience on a personal level and 2. we are in Facebook regulations and our ad is reaching potential we expect. produce weekly reports for ads and and social media management this is to help us understand what is happening within our marketing efforts
