My name is Heather and I'm a virtual assistant with a specialization in social media marketing. In my virtual assistant work, I have focused on email & calendar management, invoicing & reconciliation, online research, file management and organization, and scheduling special events. I also gained experience in Pinterest management & strategy as well as Pinterest pin design. In May 2020 I started learning how to run Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. I can confidently strategize and run a campaign and create ad copy and images.
All of my previous work prior to becoming a VA was heavily customer service oriented. Those positions varied from retail store management to working for an IT services company where I needed to meet tight deadlines and high expectations for customer satisfaction. I also previously held a medical scribe position which required excellent written and verbal communication as well as respect for privacy concerns.
My most dominant qualities are that I'm organized, efficient, resourceful, and conscientious. I have an excellent understanding of the internet and online business. Photography is one of my hobbies so I know a bit more about that than the average person. Access to transportation is not a problem for me.
