Simple 5 page Web build job

Hello - could I get some quotations please for a website build, this is a small budget client who has a holiday Let. The site will be fully designed in Illustrator, layered files will be supplied, just need a programmer to program and upload to the webspace as cheaply & effectivly as possible. This job will be ready in the next 3 weeks for the job to start I would invisage less than a few days work Maximum with small amends as the client is signing off the design stage. Also would like the site whilst being programmed to be optimised as possible in line with all the "google' engine searches. May need to incorporate a tiny bit of CMS to enable the client to mark when weeks are booked and change the intro copy.. also a form for people to send in details maybe. Could you also provide costs for tweaks later in the year if we wish to update images etc. THANKS...Need someone who is fast effective and who doesn't mind working with a design agency.
