Shopify Plugin/APP Automation

If you have never made a Shopify Plugin/APP please do not waste my time I want someone who can simply add the APP that you create onto my website. BACKGROUND: I have a web store where I work with various companies. I take in orders and then dropship. My Partners get the orders from me and send out the product to the customer. I am what you can call a middle man. In shopify when uploading products I enter in the Vendors name as my partners company name. Remember that because it is what I need for the system. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU! Create an automation system for me that automates this process for me: 1. Order is placed on my Shopify store. 2. *THE SYSTEM YOU CREATE* Instantly sends my "Vendor Partner" an email with the following message. An order has been placed for "Product" here are the shipping details. 3. "Vendor Partner" receives Stripe payment from my company instantly. Payment is determined by this formula. Payout to Vendor partner: (Sale amount - (2.9% +.03)) + (Shipping cost) X (% of sale)* In BACKEND APP it should have an auto populated section of all my Vendor names I have. So if I add a vendor when adding a product it will automatically be added to this list. Make sure you understand that. its very important. Should have a list like this: Vendor "A" - [Input % Value of sale] BACKEND app should also have an area where I can modify the message that goes out to the Vendor partner so i can edit the message if I want to change wording.
