Build CAD webtools for integration into Shopify

We are a manufacturing business moving towards supplying direct to consumer. We make panel materials but also process them into worktops, flooring, and other products. In order to help our customers choose and plan their worktops we want to build a simple worktop planner. This would need to produce a top down view of their space as per their set dimensions, and allow them to draw out what they need including things like sink holes and other details. It would then need to see how this would fit within our standard sheet sizes and produce a quote for the customer. This quote could be saved to their user account, or they can proceed with the order and pay for it. The order would then need to produce a .pdf of the drawing for production which would be saved into a folder within our google drive. In addition, the customer will need to receive a copy of their confirmed order with their dimensions on it and our various terms will need to be included. This tool will need to integrate into shopify plus. This project is the first stage of a longer plan to improve our direct to consumer services so we are looking to build a relationship with a developer for future work as well. The budget is negotiable depending on scope of work following initial meetings.
