We have an upcoming project to develop an existing SharePoint 2013 site to include an approval & review workflow. The workflow will require the use of existing metadata (and required additional metadata) to determine next review dates, prompt tagged users when a document is due for review (such as Document Owners and Document Reviewers) and other potential actions/alerts that may be needed.
A naming convention will also be required based on the metadata tagged against the documents. This may include short names for existing tags (such as "HR" in replacement of "Human Resources or "SYD" in replacement of "Sydney").
Functional consideration should be made to a future upgrade into SharePoint online.
Additional Information may be requested by applicants - however the above should be sufficient for experienced applicants to determine costings.
