Function ServiceNow Consultant
• Broad knowledge of the full ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITBM)
• Strong knowledge with ServiceNow ITSM
• Ability and desire to drive requirement analysis meeting and provisor advisory services to the client
• Act as the GO-TO advisor for the entire implementation
• Experience with CI/CD methodology as well as AGILE/SCRUM
• Fluent German and at least a good understanding of Swiss German
Technical ServiceNow Consultant
• Must have Swiss residency due to security reasons
• Significant experience as a ServiceNow Developer and performing complex implementations/integrations
• Strong background with API's such as REST, scripting and working with SNow ITSM, CMDB
• German is an advantage
• Must be able to come to Zurich at least once a week to cloud instance dump
