Project Manager

We are looking for Project Managers with varying levels of eLearning experience to join our team to manage software and mobile application development projects and who can work on commission basis only . Job Description o Responsible for establishing all the required policies, process & quality to ensure effective implementation of SDLC for successful project execution o Supervise the set processes, oversee documentation, technical specifications, program/project management, programming, and testing activities. o Engage in client communication and collaborate with the project management team to understand requirement. o Interact with clients (emails and calls) based in US/Europe/APAC from project briefs to project sign-off. o Hands-on experience in administrating & working on learning management systems (Moodle, Joomla, SABA, etc) o Create a strong agile development environment by implementing agile develop methodologies and tools o Experience in working with the traditional SDLC process like waterfall and agile development methodologies o Manage a mix of multiple projects (fixed cost and time and material type of projects) internally and externally by scheduling work for projects and teams and completing deliverables on-time and within budget. o Maintain status sheets and reports. o Working with the Business Unit Lead for resource planning and allocations Experience: 3-6 years of experience working in a software services company or a software product company as a Project Lead/Manager. Must have experience managing internal teams and international clients for a minimum of 2-3 years. Candidate Profile: o Excellent command over the English Language (both spoken and written) o Experience in a mid-sized to large scale software services company and/or a software product development company would be preferable. o Knowledge and exposure to traditional SDLC and Agile project management methodologies is required o Ability to work independently as well as work in teams o Ability to plan own work as well as everyone else on the team, and adhere to project schedules o Good knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)MS Project experience would be preferred o Exposure to multiple types of projects o Exposure to time and material type of project delivery o Exposure to projects of international clients and audiences o Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
